The Return Receipt AppleScript prompts you to return a read receipt to the sender of a message (if requested by the recipient). Clicking the "Yes" button will return a short message back to the sender, reporting what time the message was delivered.
Directions are also provided for requesting read receipts so you can receive notification for sent messages (if supported by the recipient's mail software). This enables similar function to the Return Receipt feature found in popular Windows mail clients.
The script is available for free, but a donation is suggested. You can donate via PayPal or by registering a new .Mac account. Click here for details.
